Byebye Awards 2020
Hi there! 2020 – what a year… With the hope that all of you are safe and ready for a better 2021, we have to say that for the Byebye app, 2020 was a fantastic rollercoaster. We made this happen, we made it better from a month to another, even if we had a couple of critical moments throughout this year, we kept a lot of Byebye-ers busy with their inventories during these challenging times, and the best thing is that we won’t stop here 😉
If any of you wondered what’s behind the Byebye app, in a nutshell, we could count over 5000 hours of design, development, and all kinds of other operations, to bring this product where it is right now. Seeing so many people already using the app, and not only that but using it properly as it was designed, gives us a boost to go further, improve, and innovate.
Talking about 2021, fantastic features are about to come. There are so many things on the roadmap – we don’t even know what to start with. Stay tuned and you won’t regret it!
First of all, a big “Thank you!” to all of you. Your feedback, your inventories, your presence in the app made us understand what’s good and what’s not, so far. Thank you for just being here, we skipped many steps going all-in, growing together with your inventories. That was a real challenge, awesome!
Because we want to make an annual event out of it, this year our special thanks will go to:
valere – for being the youngest Byebye-er (15 yo) with a remarcable ability to understand how the app could help him get his inventory organized. Also one of the few making use of the Usage, Cost-per-use, and Cost-per-day features since the beginning (joining us in August 2020)
msmarissa – one of the first Byebye-ers (April 2020), an almost daily presence in Byebye, with a simple (to avoid the word “minimalist” as it becomes a confusing concept nowadays) and inspirational inventory.
Jreneberg – joining Byebye in April 2020 – one of the first Byebye-ers as well, and a constant presence, big thanks for staying with us!
ceepee41 – power user since July 2020. A specialized inventory interesting for hiking, traveling, and maybe camping amateurs, a lot of photos and links available, and probably a nice and helpful person behind that nickname ready to give you good advice
hey – together with Byebye since June 2020, the mini-stories added to her inventories are a pleasant and relaxing lecture
Drjoolee – If it’s about minimalism, functionality, and simplicity, a nice inventory to go through, and also a nice personal story
Zabel, Nonomomo, HoarderInRecovery, squishy19, Denisse, and many more – for being with us along the way, using the app intensively, and being a living “how-to” example for anyone wondering for what can Byebye be helpful.
For the Byebye team, there’s nothing more rewarding than spreading the word about our app and our community. One of the biggest bet was that our happy users would be our ambassadors, so we can focus on the app’s development. It’s never too late to share your experience in your circles.
If you want to thank us in any other nice way, drop us an email or contact us via our social media channels.
Thank you again and see you in 2021!
Byebye!
